Guest guest
"Yes it´s the order. We do it on the order of Caitanya Mahaprabhu and the order of Srila Prabhupada. A pure devotee thinks: "I personally I´m not significant, but Krsna is very wonderfull and if I can simply give the message of Krsna to my disciple, they will go back home back to Godhead. I may be useless, but if I can only do this one thing, deliver the pure message of the Supreme Lord to the disciple, than that is perfection. Prabhupada used to say even: "My perfection is - I´m giving you Bhagavad-gita As It Is, Krsna consciousness as it is, without addicion without subtraction." Somebody ones critizized Prabhupada: When you are perfect why do you wear glases? Of course it´s ridiculous, one can critizize anything, if you where perfect, why is your nose crooked, if you are perfect why you are fat, you could critizize anything, it´s all ridiculous. Perfection does not mean bodily perfection. Perfection does not mean even mental perfection. Perfection means you can perfectly deliver the message of the Supreme Lord to the people, to those people who take shelter of you, you can deliver Krsna to them, you can answer theyr questions. That is perfection, that you can repeat perfectly." Harikesa Maharaja Today at your 50th birthday I want to pray to Lord Sri Hari that he may give you all protection, as well to us your disciples and all the other wonderfull devotees of the Lord. May he give us all the strengh and enthusiasm we need in order to establish Varna-asrama-dharma in our society, as a mean of becoming materially and spiritually well situated, economically indipendent, satisfied and happy and thus making constant progress towards our goal, back home, back to Godhead.
