Guest guest
>and you have a very nice family. I thank you for your kinds words. Just out of curiosity, how do you know I have a very nice family? >This is to your credit but as you are trying to set a precedent you must >also practice what you preach. Vedic Culture also places the Sannyas order >at the senior most level for all members of society to offer respects to. >It is therefore out of place for you to challenge those members of that >order with the kind of questions you are putting forward. This is >culturally unacceptable. I appreciate your caution and advice. I will take it to heart. My initial letter to him may have been a bit challenging. I now simply request Jayadvaja Maharaja to clarify how he followed ISKCON Law and his dharma as a sannyasi will working with these women. Is that fair? > Also Srila Prabhupada gave sanction for the GBC to be the Governing >Authority for ISKCON. You are very good at quoting the law so you should >also follow the law. Actually, the GHQ members intended and still remain determined to have the GBC address these matters. Our poor misled matajis are not to blame. It is irresponsible men that are the cause of all these social problems. Nevertheless, the matajis must also understand how they are misled. So the preaching should cotinue on every front. >If the GBC saw fit to elect a female member then you >should accept that as law. If you are a member of the GBC then you have >some voting power otherwise chill out and accept that your seniors may have >broader vision than you. Sorry Prabhu. The GBC is not infallible. They have to prove to us that what they are doing is sastric. Lord Rama did not execute or banish those who questioned Sita's honor. Quite the opposite. The GBC is and must always be held accountable for what they do. They are not infallible gods. Many of them are the same individuals who have caused his fiasco to start with by abandoning their yound wives and abusing men and women in the name of KC. > If you are not prepared to accept the decisions made by the GBC then >you are taking the law into your own hands. Instead of being so concerned >with trying to enforce law on others you should follow the law and culture, >yourself, or invite criticism for your own behaviour. I thank you for the criticism and will keep that in mind for future exchanges. But something is a little amiss here. You consider me offensive for challenging Jayadvaya Swami yet I have not heard one complaint from you about the abnoxious and hysterical behaviour of Mata Hare Krsna? Is she not being offensive to Bhakti Vikasa Swami? Is this not an embarrassment to proper womanly behaviour? How about that female devotee who accused another devotee of child abuse or Jatukarnya saying Madusudhani Radha dd is senior to Basu Gosh Prabhu, and all the other offensive stuff that you have somehow failed to comment upon? I know you are not a hypocrite so please explain your silence on all these other abuses. Thanking you for your sage advice, Ys. JMd

Gosh, that would be offensive.

Funny how the process works for some people.
