What I hear--from those who are astrologers--is that particularly tough times might start in 4-5 months. Another thing I hear is that in 1999 there is a very similar arrangement of the planets as in the beginning of World War Two. Some take also seriously the fact that later this year there will be 2 very close eclypses. We now have a team of 4 devotees at the Manor - Shyamasundar, Maha Vidya, Nara Hari and Suvrata prabhus - addressing a list of 27 areas in order to be better prepared for Y2K et al. Soho St temple has Abhimanyu prabhu, Manchester's Krishna Dharma and Abhay, Cardiff's Tarakanath and Liverpool's Titiksu prabhus are all on the case.
