It is best to put management problems into capable hands of qualified

administrators and leave it there. Others do not need to rehash constantly old

"failures". There can be peaceful living for many and those charged with

managing, who were born with and trained for it, can take the burden of

politics off the shoulders of those less qualified. I see no need to spread

the misery "equally" upon all shoulders. There are many other important things

to be given attention. Actually we do not "do" anything. It is being carried

out by the modes of nature. VAD puts us in tune with those modes and divides

people accordingly. Good sound vibration, talking about positive things in

upbeat, optimistic ways, is a very powerful cleansing energy. There are

certain people who can deal with the negative aspects of the modes better than

others (ksatriyas).
