NATO's actual (or another) interests is an another issue.

But believe me, practically everybody else in ex-YU that

have been in conflict with Serbs during past years, are

supporting now NATO's strike on Serbia with "Better late than

never" or "All started from there, so let it end there as

well as."

What NATO wants, it is an entire another discussion.

Tens of thousands of young Serbs were escaping already before,

during the war between Serbia and Croatia (the war that officially

never took the place, but it took thousands of lives, nevertheless).

Now Serbia is being bombed by the most powerful military force in

the world. It is not a joke, so it does make sense that "situation

is very difficult also for Serbs", and that devotees are not happy

to be there (who would be?). That is not Serbian propaganda, but

the obvious fact. The country is in the war. However, NATO

is not the common enemy for both Serbs and Kosovo Albanians.

They are to Serbs, but not to Albanians. The Albanians are

being terrorized by the Serb regime. As a parallel, the example of

Germany being bombed by the Alliance could be used. Though Jewess who

were concentrated in the camps there were thus also bombed (technically

speaking), they did not perceive the Alliance as their enemy. It was

Nazi regime who was their enemy. So, if you would asked Germans from

that time who was their enemy, and if you would ask Jews the same

question, you would get different answers. Just like in the case of

Serbs and Kosovo Albanians.

Serbian forces are "cleaning" Kosovo from Albanians. Consider for

a while, reasonably, what force is required there to make thousands

of villagers to leave instantly their land, right in the time when

to be tilled, their houses and the domestic animals (and this is NOT

being bombed by NATO), just in order to get "bare foot" over the

border. Yes, as you say, some Serbs also managed to flee to another

countries. But that is not possible to compare with the *exodus* of

Albanian entire **population** - old men, children, women, girls and

boys, pregnant women (delivering children in the midst of the open field

in the concentration camps), old women (dying there), **everybody**.

Nobody has the exact numbers, but ruffly it is estimated that already

nearly 50 % of Albanians are gone. Think about the same proportion of

Serbs "fleeing" infront NATO, to other countries, during the first several

days of NATO strike - that would mean over 3 million Serbs leaving the

country within 10 days!!! I suppose, the world would notice it.

But yes, "some of them [devotees] managed to flee..." But try to get

the information how many farmers from Serbia left everything and run

away from the country, with their entire families. I guess not a single

one will be found. Why they would run anyway? They got their pigs to

take care of (to fatten them for the next Christmas), and their plumb

trees to whiten with a calk (to get good plumbs for the shnaps, for

the same Christmas). And they are laughing on NATO's aircrafts and

that "Bili-Hitler Klinton" in Washington.
