Religious training for Ksatriyas

This is true. The warwaging leaders should be faced with a filosophical

challenge to their religion.

There should be some kind of international religious standard board to check

whether countries are waging war according to or against their scriptures.

That´s the challenge Srila Prabhupada always gave.
