This is a super stretch. We seem to be dribbling down a road that we can justify any material desire by somehow linking it to some extremely unique, abstract and rare resemblance to something in the Vedas. Entire religions based upon the Vedas have been completely condemned by incarnations of the Lord. The motives for scriptural following is important. Vedic humans were increasing their killing of animals in the name of Vedic sacrifice when it was actually sense gratification until Lord Buddha (Krsna) came to stop it. It is the highly refined science of sound vibration. A lost art due to material consciousness obstructing the development of finer brain tissues. Most, if not 99.9%, of "sex changes" referred to in the scripture were done as the result of curses - against the choice of the recipient of the curse. The references are there and can be used to understand that body parts can be changed through the power of science, subtle or gross.
