You seem to have missed the point. What is being said is that there are many

things that were allowed at the beginning of the movement but have changed. My

wife also told me that in the early days it was common practice to go to the

donut show after harinama. Obviously that is not acceptable anymore. In

Montreal I am told that Srila Prabhupada used to have to pick up after the

devotees since they were messy and had over-eaten at the Sunday feast. That

was also stopped. Do you see my point?

 

It may be more likely to you that my wife is suggesting to Malati to call the

brahmacarinis gopis but I think you are the only one. My wife is also a senior

devotee and witnessed many changes in the movement. I think it is relevant to

see that things have changed and that women wearing saffron is one of them.

However, I don't really know why we are talking about this because she is

wearing desert sunset, or whatever it was.

Duh! why don't you make the first point. I am too busy laughing at this. Is
