Dear Janesvara Prabhu.

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I wish I had more time to go into this, I think it is important for all of

us to remember that many have been hurt by wrongdoings in the past, I have

seen it too. However that does not mean which I hope you will agree with

that all present day guru's are bogus.

Is it anywhere stated that a bonafide guru has to be famous? I think that

maybe one of the mistakes of the past have been that we have tried to

recognize the guru on his external position. Does he have many followers,

did he build fantastic temples, does he have a nice voice, is he beatyfull,

charming, popular, does he show external symptoms of bhava like crying and

so on, can he read my thoughts?......And we continue if they show external

sympthoms of weakness to judge them according to the external features ."Oh

he fell down, then he was never really serious."

The Jews did the same, they expected a king and when they saw that Jesus

was cruzified and humiliated, they rejected him because of the external

circumstances.

The criteria as far as I understand should rather be, does he present the

teachings of the Bhagavad Gita as it is, is he following in Srila

Prabhupadas footsteps, not is he wearing his shoes.

Authorized by who?

Did not Srila Prabhupada already authorize all of his disciples to become

his representatives in due time?

Then why do you call them "wonderful *granddisciples*"??

Then call them Prabhupada's *disciples*.
