This sounds good. But they should be varna gurus in my opinion, not varna /siksa/diksa gurus all in one package. If one is looking for siksa/diksa instruction on the pure transcendental platform he can get that from Srila Prabhupada until our varnasrama colleges have produced our own qualified siksa/diksa gurus.
