Being a not very important formality, then leave it to Srila Prabhupada's disciples non-mahabhagavatas to perform it for those who approach them for it. Stop suggesting the replacement that has no precedence in the history of the Parampara, but is a deviation from the Acarya's teachings. As far as "so-called leaders" in general, in ISCKON, that are into controlling people and not in true management. You have already declared yourself to be a ksatriya. And you are a disciple of Prabhupada. So what are you doing here, my dear "ksatriya"? Sitting in your "armchair", complaining, criticizing, and yelling. ys mnd
