Guest guest
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. > > Should I reject them if they dont follow my requests? I also recognize the problems of many kinds that we have today as an reaction of this mentality, however many of the Guru's of today, which you are speaking of in a sometimes very generalizing way were also treated that way. The zonal system ended some ten years ago, the mentality might prevail more or less depending on where or about whom we are speaking but things have changed and we can make them change even more by being aware of that mentality and try to change it. For us granddiscipels it means that we should seriously respect the godbrothers of our spiritual master no matter what varna/asrama they are in. For you discipels of Srila Prabhupada it could mean that you should respect the guru/disciple relationships we the granddisciples are having with our spiritual master as much as we respect yours. That would make communication a lot easier. Otherwise I agree with everything you said. Thank you for your letter. And I would like to recieve the texts about varnasrama you were speaking about in a former letter. Are they publized in some book also? Your servant Gunamani d.d.
