The term "thread" is used in on the internet to denote a series of texts

posted by different individuals on the same subject (on wincom it is also

called a "tree") like "pearls strung on a thread". It is not a "threat"

which seems to be the meaning you took it for.

 

I certainly don't see the implementation of varnashram principles as a

threat, in fact I see the opposite. Without re-orienting ourselves around

these principles we will see continued erosion of ISKCON's capacity to act

meaningfully in the future.
