These are *some* of their duties, and they (ksatriyas, brahmanas

etc) should follow all of their major respective duties. If

brahmanas would teach disciples on a school, but would neglect

taking regular bath, or ksatriyas will rule and manage, but

would forget to protect their servants, and take wise advices

of brahamanas, VAD would be soon finished.

Which vaisnavas, may I ask? Those, who are on the transcendental

platform, they don't feel the pain, because practically speaking

they are not in the material world. But we know, I guess, that

not all devotees are vaisnavas on transcendental platform.

And these rare souls, out of compassion to us, don't show

it externally so much, rather they play usual people.
