However this situation may be analyzed, it is secondary in my mind. Srila

Prabhupada remains the founder/acarya of ISKCON in any case, and thus his

standards and philosophical perspective are the last word for this particular

institution.

 

I have heard it said that all the great Vaisnavas consider themselves members

of ISKCON. No doubt that may be true, but if at least as a basic principle of

Vaisnava ettiquette, I doubt they would present themselves as ISKCON's

founder/acaraya. That would be offensive.
