So long we are clear on who is the founder of ISCKON. I have the impresion that NM is speaking of "ISKCON" but means something else, in this case the Sankirtana Movement started by Lord Caitanya. So therefore he may be true in saying that Srila Prabhupada was not the founder of something new (Sankirtana Movement "ISKCON") rather he was bringing the "old" movement of Lord Caitanya to the west, organizing it in the present ISKCON society.
