The GBC are made of his disciples and spiritual descendents. I don't know of Prabhupada ever naming any Gaudiya Math godbrothers or other such spiritual relations to the GBC during his time with us. Constantly bashing ISKCON leaders for all our frustrations is in my mind a dysfunctional cop-out. Yes, there is much to criticise -- constructively -- but not as an excuse for refusing to take personal responsibility for our spiritual life. Maybe there are Vaisnava sangas somewhere who offer a different approach where endlessing bashing ISKCON is not viewed as the road to salvation.
