Prabhus, especialy former disciples of Harikesa prabhu. I really must

apologise if I have actualy offended any of you. As I have been sitting here

typing, the last thing on my mind was to offend anyone. Actualy I was quite

shocked to read this text of Vedanta-krt prabhu, as I had not at any time

even thought of trying to make anyone feel guilty, what to speak of punish,

who am I to punish anyone!

 

I thought I was simply adding another perspective to a philosophical

discussion, from another view point. Personaly while I am intrigued by the

philosophy of Krsna Consciousness, I am also a beleiver that none of it can

be legislated, and that though there are many ways to approach godhead

according to our individual capacity, it is all voluntary, and each

individual has his own way of surrendering.

 

I may have suggested certain paths or evidences, simply because I have heard

of their existence, and am personaly enthused by them.

 

So anything I have written should be seen in that light, I certainly do not

expect anyone to take my texts as tablets written in stone.

 

I am honestly quite shocked that I have been misunderstood in this way. For

me this is another concrete example of the negative side of this kind of

communication. What can we really acheive by these texts. Has there not been

more division created by this media (the spreading of Ritvik dissenters etc)

than positive outcome?

 

The more I think about it the more I realise how this internet communication

is yet another agent of kali to bring us down (I heard that WWW in Greek or

something is translated as 666, or satans number. Maybe our own prince of

darkness could enlighten us?). We should actualy be all situated in a

village together, rendering services, and working with nature to do some

actual concrete good, instead of wasting our time conjecturing about this

position and that. Maybe I am being a little extreme, but surely the actual

path back home is based on surrender to, and rendering of menial service to

great souls. What can a group of conditioned souls really acheive by

bandying around *our* ideas about spiritual life. Surely it would be better

to just do something practical read Srila Prabhupadas books, and pray to the

lord for superior guidance, from whomever it may come? Anyway I am realy

setting myself up for a barrage with this idea, i'm sure.

 

Again I am really very sorry if any of you have perceived my texts as in any

way personal attacks or as some kind of brow beating. They are simply

another opinion, and should not be taken too seriously.

 

So all of you, dont get hot under the collar by what *I* say, it is really

of no particlar consequence, just do what you must.
