This is not the same kind of "perfection" Srila Prabhupada is referencing in the Introduction. This is your mistaken speculation. Srila, you are always warning all of us to beware of offenses to NM when you have come extremely close to offending your own guru and his books. Do you really think Bhagavad-gita As It Is (which means it contains the pure devotees purports) is only capable of delivering "liberation" (which you seem to scoff at also)? Are you liberated yet? I doubt it. Why then do you jump so far past Bhagavad-gita As It Is? "Lord Caitanya preached this system of Bhagavat-dharma, and He recommended that all those who were born in India should take the responsibility of broadcasting the messages of Lord Sri Krsna, primarily the message of Bhagavad-gita. And when one is well established in the teachings of Bhagavad-gita, he can take up the study of Srimad Bhagavatam for further enlightenment in self-realization." SB 1.1.21 Personally, I feel Sri Arjuna attained a level which is far, far superior to anything I can even dream of as the result of the Bhagavad-gita. Until I reach that level I am not going to leave the gita behind. "Learned men, therefore, must be cautious of this dangerous age, and if they at all want to cross over the dangerous ocean of Kali, they must follow the footsteps of the sages of Naimisaranya and accept Sri Suta Goswami or his bonafide representative as the captain of the ship. The ship is the message of Lord Sri Krsna in the shape of Bhagavad-gita OR the Srimad Bhagavatam." SB 1.1.22.
