A phenomena may be observed among chickens:

When a chicken, due to some illness or circumstances, gets some

her feathers fallen out, the rest of the "society" starts acting

on quiet bizarre way. All the other chickens take any opportunity

to pass by the sickened one, and to, by their beaks, sharply chip

into the poor disoriented fellow, depriving her from another and

another remaining father. Cool. Till the end the chickens stays

completely featherless, undergoing the slow and painful death.

Of course, now we are not here the society of chicken, but sadhus

who always find the opportunity to act mercifully but sharply for

the benefit of the other one that they find suitable to pick on

every time. Cool. And we obviously got no beaks anyway, but words,

so...
