Krishna Dharma's missing letter?

I thought I saw a proposal on Chakra yesterday about changing the method of

guru appointment -- written by Krishna Dharma prabhu from Manchester. It

looked interesting and well thought out, but I only skimmed over it. When I

went back today to print out the letter and read it, it was not there.

 

Was I just dreaming that, or was there really a letter? Where can I find it

now?
