Definately. I like Hare Krsna Dasi's ideas to bring in people who have

related expertise to teach us, in areas where we lack. Going outside for

training runs the risk of bad association, which is a very important

consideration (although some may be secure enough in their spiritual life to

handle a lot of 'alternative' association) Srila Prabhupada even suggested

allowing grihamedhis into our farms. Very broad minded. Yes the idea is to

focus on Spiritual life, and not obsess on material expertise. But

Prahbupada did want us to be a practical example of an alternative life, he

wanted us to be expert, so lets do whatever we can do reach that state.
