How to start varnasrama

What I meant is that if we want proper ksatriyas to manifest within our

movement we must also be willing to accept their nature and their way of

thinking and willing, and not force them to act and think like brahmanas.

Would Arjuna and Bhima have done this, when there was the strong need to act

and think like a ksatriya?

Prabhupada encouraged it?

Certainly he was a master in everything.

I think its best to apreciate the aproach on vad of those with ksatriya

nature in the same way as those do on the aproach of the brahmanas.

That would be a nice mood in starting varnasrama, a social structure wich

consists of four orders with equal rights and dutys in serving the society

and the Lord, thats my opinion.
