I finally had a chance to read the full article. Here are the figures as

reported:

Married with children: 26%

Not married with children: 12%

Married, no children: 30%

Not married, no children: 32%

It appears that an increasing number of individuals are postponing both

marriage and having children. According to the author, these numbers also

reflect the growing number of babyboomers whose children have moved out.
