I agree with you that she may have missed the obvious point that the "Christians" are, by and large, grossly degraded meateaters. It isn't necessary, though, to be insulting and say that "westerners like you" are responsible for the pollution of Vedic culture. She's a Vaishnava; you must be respectful, even if you claim that "westerners like you" means other westerners, not her. It still doesn't sound very nice. To suggest that she "doesn't see nothing wrong" with killing cows is a bit absurd. On the other hand, since you've employed a double negative in your writing, you've literally said that she sees EVERYTHING wrong with killing cows. Therefore, by the mercy of Mother Saraswati, your apparent insult has become praise. Congragtulations!
