I just completed my report and once the draft has been approved by

my fellow Co-Directors it will be issued to the public. That will be a

maximum of two more days.

 

As far as the police postmortem report goes, it normally takes them

at least a month and many times much longer. We have tried to speed up the

process and we have been told that the report will be available within a

week. This is not the west and officials are not as disciplined nor

accountable as they are in western countries so please bear with us, we are

doing our best to expedite things.

Sorry you are caught in the middle of this. Thanks for trying to speed the

supply of official information. That's an important factor of remedy in a

controversial situation like this.
