I found the following FBI official document at a Y2K press clippings

It downloads as an Acrobat file, so I don't have a direct URL for it.

Anyway, here is the table of contents. I haven't read it carefully

yet. I'm not sure if the Jerusalem part tells anything about the

Jewish-Christian Red Heifer cult and its possible plans to blow up the

Muslims third most sacred site, the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem.

 

Anyway, whether it does or not, the FBI's general idea is that there are

a lot of nuts who could spring into action with insane projects, come

January 1. Of course, their job is to be paranoid, but also it's their

job to be informed. Anyway, here's the table of contents. If everyone

else is planning to be nutty, I hope we're planning to chant Hare Krsna!
