Since when is (san)kirtan not sufficient exercise? In fact, many devotees need to retire from sankiratn for the very fact that it is too strenuous on the body--too much exercise for the aging body. Also, one could research the CONVERSATIONS and find that Srila Prabhupada once elaborated on the point that exercise is needed only by persons who eat too much. (Check it out!)
