The way I see it, if you are addicted to fatty foods, you eat less

veggies and fruits that are good for you. It's not the fatty foods (

except the transfats) like ghee that are bad, in and of themselves.

 

I am still looking for studies showing superiority of ghee over other

oils, but the diet/heart connection of dairy products seems to be

erroneous.
