Guest guest Posted January 20, 1999 Report Share Posted January 20, 1999 About grinding wheat, we have an oldfashioned *moulinex* spicemill, a little bigger home model, the one that uses a special little tool to get the blade off place. It does a good job on grinding wheat to flour, and whats more, is great for wetgrinding soaked rice and dahl for dosha pancakes, dumplings, iddlies and the like. I bought mine in a fleemarket for maybe 7 USD. When grinding wheat it is terribly noicy, but does the job... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
