We can see from Krishna book, that while studing in gurukula, Krishna and Balarama learned a lot of subjects. They were studing as future ksatriyas, even more - future kings. Of course, for others varnas the studies woould be different. > They also will commit similar atrocities of killing women and >children, which also have nothing to do with the instructions of >Mohammed. I'm not so learned in Islamic scriptures, but in Koran there is many quotes, where a killing of non-believer is considered as a very pious activity. So islamic fundamentalists are not deviating from the religious path, they just blindly follow it. >A really great leader, one who has been trained by real >brahmanas would be able to bring about peace in the situation >because he would punish those who have abused the simple >citizens, and he would create situations in which people of >different religions would be encouraged to appreciate each other >and work with each other to help each other and the whole >society advance for the pleasure of the Lord -- he would not >simply slaughter every man, woman and child and say, "There, I >have done this to please God." Oh, Superman, where are you now? That's true, we have a lack of heros and saint kings. But where we will find them? Ideal persons are exteremely rare to find. No one is guiltless in our age. But we CAN find some people, who are not ideal, but more or less close to it. Yes, you pointed right that they should be trained by real brahmanas. If they will be trained just to obey GBC, it won't be sufficent. And real brahmanas are even more rare. So where is a solution? ys Oleg b.
