I think it is important to respect the fact that she is now existing in a female, not a male body. > Not exactly, it's an almost female body--sans ovarys, uterus, the full bliss of the pre-menopausal experience, and a 32 oz brain. (Sorry, I couldn't resist!) It appears to me (theoretically speaking) as a sort of former male body with a female receptical crafted by a plastic-type surgeon. Such a receptical could be useful for sex and getting a pass into the ladies locker room, but much more than that is not so certain. It may have the potential for an intimate romantic relationship with someone possessing a full complement of male utensils who wishes to avoid being thought of as gay. Current evidence suggests we have to go back to the Vedic age to do these things properly. Maybe this could be another impetus for re-establishing Varnasrama-dharma and at the same time tie in the current conversation as an ongoing topic for our conference.
