Krsna will send whatever we need to advance. Mind you I take exception to the plants and animals. Of course we do worship Tulsi, and she is very merciful. BUt I dont recollect anything saying that she can be your guru. > I am under the impression having a siksa relationship with a sadhu does not require his/her physical presence. It would seem possible for someone have a siksa relationship with a personality like Srimate Tulsi devi, even though she apparently is not an official member of ISKCON. And then there is the 11th Canto (I believe) example offered by M. Gosh along the lines of Pingali being accepted as a guru, what to speak of the elephants, etc. I could be wrong, but I don't think you have to formally label someone as your 'guru' in order to have a dynamic siksa relationship with them. ys, Sthita
