Bhaktivedanta Swami is the most current acarya in the line of the Brahma-Madva Gaudiya Vaisnava sampradaya. He was given the position because he came from the spiritual world to deliver the fallen souls through continuing the program inaugurated by Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Judge a tree by its fruits.
