It is difficult in this age no doubt. That is why there is the facility of bonafide guru. The varna is there in everyone. Krsna said catur-varnyam... Besides, it is not of utmost importance to find out an existing inclination in someone, inclination we can take advantage of sometimes and it IS helpful, but TRAINING is the key. Almost anyone can be trained into a varna by a qualified varnasrama-dharma program as designed by the pure devotee, Srila Prabhupada. He took candalas and trained some of them to become brahmanas. But without even a glimpse of training facilities (varnasrama colleges) in ISKCON how can we expect to train? > We are all supposedly mixed up varnasankara. Can you tell > a person if he belongs to this or that varna for sure? Amongst other means, a bonafide guru surely must be able to determine this, don't you think? Thus my inquiry. Did you know of some ISKCON gurus who are dividing according to varna? Sincerely, Janesvara dasa
