Okay, point well taken. See, even yours truly here can make offenses!

 

But I would add that the main thing is to become KC no matter how one finds

himself engaged. One can also become enamored by proper Varna duties and miss

the real point.

I would propose that meaningful engagement is a personal decision, in that we

are all individual with different needs and desires that must be resolved in

our progressive advancement. Yes, simplicity is a benediction for those

wishing to make spiritual advancement.

Of course, wealth is also meant to be engaged. After all there are plenty of

poor people who are still very much enamored by the modes of material

existance.

 

Ultimately we need to get off the neophyte platform where external

arrangements are the catalyst for performing devotional service. After all

Krsna makes all arrangements, and surely He takes our present situation into

account.

 

VAD principles are extremely valuable tools, but in the end it appears we must

depend on Krsna and His Holy Name.
