GBC has agreed to active participation in cow protection

They WERE indifferent for years and years and years to cow protection and

citizen protection (same thing actually). Does not such indifference carry a

price? At least an intelligent review by a citizen's board to assess

qualifications of "leaders" is in order.

Yes, but such reformation is not done in the same position one neglected

previously. A child molester who has been found guilty is not left amongst

children simply because he has shown a little desire for reformation. That

would be ludicrous. (This is only intended as an example not an allegation).

Cow protection means citizen protection. Cows are citizens. People are

citizens. Will they also implement similar "sincerity" in implementing VAD for

the other citizens of which they "lead"?

But, fair enough. The date is marked in my book! And what shall we do if they

once again neglect the demands of the citizens, i.e., cows and people? Shall

their be retribution for the citizens?
