Not all devotees, just a few. Some brahmanas. Some devotees are interested in

studying such books and facility is there already. But the majority should be

trained in their respective varna so they can perform their prescribed duty in

the service of the Lord and chant the Holy names of the Lord at the same time.

No high studies required and they will go home faster.
