Again, this is a broad topic. As we know, in 'spiritual time' there is no

beginning or end. Lets say a spirit soul sojourns in the material world for a

few lifetimes of Lord Brahma, or a few inhalations and exhalations of Lord

Visnu -- such spans of time are incomprehensable and incalculable on any level

of ordinary consciousness.

 

Srila Prabhupada also offers many clear points and analogys pertaining to the

soul having an eternal relationship with Krsna which has been forgotten, etc

etc. I guess we might just end up getting into a sloka slinging contest on

this one.
