I have been thinking more and more to offer to moderate this conference. I

did not know how to do it before, but now I think I could handle it.

Moderating means that all texts are submitted first to the moderator, and

then he decides which texts make it onto the conference.

But some of you might really like having it unmoderated, and I dont want to

spoil your fun.

So I thought about asking you what you all think.

Basicaly I believe that this conference being the varnasrama conference

should afford a place where people who want to see varnasrama happen, can

discuss the modalities of that, rather than it being a place for people to

argue and wrangle over the subject, who might not be convinced about its

importance.

I think a lot of people might want to avoid having to defend their position,

or might be afraid to post a text, in case someone jumps all over it with

criticism.

I would like to see a place where we can just get on with discussing the

objects to starting, and how to overcome them, with people who agree with

Srila Prabhupadas basic ideas on the subject.

So what do you think, moderated, or not moderated.

If you want to comment, either comment here publicly, by writing 'Moderate'

or 'No Moderate', in the subject line, or send to me privately.

If a majority want the change, I will apply for it, otherwise.... whatever!
