I really have some problems in understanding you here Janesvara prabhu,

maybe you can explain yourself a little better. Are you sugesting that one

should not follow anymore the strict rules of brahmacarya (student life

acording to SP) when one comes to the temple and wants to become Krsna

consciouss. First of all who comes to Iskcon for other motivs than to become

Krsna conscious and learn to act acordingly?

OK than what do you suggest, that everyone who is coming to our Iskcon

centers should marry imidiately if he is a sudra? Otherwise he canot be

trained in the process of Krsna consciousness?

Please, prabhu could you explain to me WHAT IS SUCH A VARNASRAMA COLLEGE in

your opinion? I was asking you already can we at the present moment provide

proper specific education, teoretical and practical knowledge regarding the

diferent jobs one can work to earn ones livelihood as a grihasta.

There are hundreds of them wich can be clasified acording to the four

varnas. Do you want that our ISKCON centers should replace the different

schools of knowledge in this regard or what is your understanding about

this? I would rather find it practical and reasonable at the present moment

that after someone got properly educated in the proces of self realization

and Krsna cosciousness and learnd how to serve the Lord by his ocupational

duty he should take advantage of the many schools of knowledge already

existent to learn a certain proffesion wich he can engage in Krsnas service

in the society of devotees and maintain himself, if he didnt learnt already

a profession.

Do we have the teoretical knowledge, the books and the state autorization to

teach someone a specific proffesion in Iskcon at the present moment?

Where are the qualified teachers or brahmanas who can do that in every

center, every day?

I know Krsna Ksetra Prabhu one of your Godbrother who is studying till many

years at different Universitys, Santa Barbara USA, at present in Halle in

Germany, than he wants to go to Oxford to complete his study and make his

doctor grade so that he may get autorization to open a College for aspiring

brahmanas.

But it will take him some time until he can do that. I dont know are there

other devotees out there who do the same or are already qualified to teach

someone a specific profession.

Are you autorized Janesvara Prabhu to teach managerial art and other

Ksatriya specific knowledge, than I would be glad if I could come and learn

from you, I think many others also.

Prabhupada: Yes, sannyasi, brahmacari, means preaching. They are not

meant for material management. They have dedicated their life for

spiritual--although this material service is also spiritual--but they are

doing on such a strength. You cannot expect a very expertly management

and... But they act. Simply ask them to do the needful.

Mr. Myer: That's right.

Tamala Krsna: Yeah, out of desire to serve you, they carry out whatever

you ask.

Prabhupada: They cannot be expert, these men, managers. They are not...

They are giving up everything. But as soon as there is big establishment,

we require a top manager."

So what do you think

Its a matter of understanding I still have some problems in understanding

you, like I wrote above. Temple life is student life isnt it?
