It is wrong to assume this to be the occupational duty according to one's nature for the rest of the life. For SOME time everyone can try to do it. And one should. Those who can't take it really at al, out of whatever reason, then leave them at the temple to do something else. You are mixing the life varnic occupation (profession) with the temporary practice of a particular *spiritual austerity* in the temple, for a short time. That the book distribution should cease to be the part of the basic spiritual training/activities in the ISCKON temples?
