Actually, you are touching on an important point here. Just as we do great harm by using "mataji" as a derogatory term, e.g., "you are so scatterbrained that you are just like one of the matajis" -- we can also do great harm by using the word "sudra" as an insult. Practically speaking, in any community where the word "sudra" is commonly used as a term of insult, then it will be just about impossible to establish varnasrama, because no one will be willing to assume the needed sudra positions. "Sudra" should not be used as a term of insult. Just remember, sudras invented and manufactured the tape recorder and the printing press. Without those two inventions, I would never have heard the words of Srila Prabhupada, and I would never have known what the transcendental form of the Supreme Personality of Godhead looks like. All glories to the sudras for their indispensible part in spreading Krsna consciousness around the world. May we reciprocate by creating a welcomed and valued place for them in Srila Prabhupada's varnasrama society. your servant, Hare Krsna dasi
