First one slight, but important correction:

 

The requests here were not been in regard to a woman *taking*

the varna of her husbend (you can also "take on" your pigame when

going to your bed, becouse that's more confortable situation

for you). The question was about *determning* the varna of

a girl/woman.

The fact clear like the Sun in the zenith on the bright sky, is

that Srila Prabhupada instituted samskaras like brahmin initiation

for the women in ISCKON, independently and regardlessly of

their marital situation and the varna of their husbands.

 

Here Prabhupada tells us about the general method of the Vedic

system. And then he says, right away, "But Krsna says, 'Never

mind.'"

 

Do you mind? I don't. Krsna says. Prabhupada says. It should

be good enough for us. Or?
