The problem is that ISKCON has done many wrong things. This particular

wrong is that ISKCON does not care for it's members, but lets

various forms of abuse go on. Whoever want to destroy ISKCON maybe is

right. Too much wrong doing against too many persons. The followers

have to suffer from the wrong things done by the leaders.

Has ISKCON made an effort to offer excuse and correct the wrong

done towards its members or previous members? Has ISKCON

freed itself from guilt? Just declaring ISKCON guiltless, maybe is

not enough. There are many, many devotees who have been deeply

hurt. Maybe an active act of correction and purification is needed.

The child abuse is a severe issue, since it is an act toward a

group of society that is completely unable to protect itself,

and really should be protected. But there are other

groups of society that also have been abused, that should have

been protected. Can ISKCON survive all the past wrongdoing

in the long run? I am doubtful, unless the new leadership

really tries hard to correct as much of that as possible.
