I see that it was a fruitless endevour, but as you see in his comment to you on your well-meant text, he picks it apart and attacks you brutally. I am sure that hurts you, just as it hurts others when he just attacks anyone insensitively, as he has done many times the last 2 weeks. Especially since his comments are so obviously off in the eyes of most of the members of this conferance. Your above points are simplified and misunderstood, and I don't think anyone here is interested in trying again to make you understand how it looks from other angles than your own.
