What is exactly that result that "*they* may be wanting"?

You must know it for certain, since you state it clearly

and self confidently that they will not obtain it (though

that *they* don't know it yet).

 

 

Another thing is, once somebody decides to bring you to

the court, he might be quite a way from viewing you as

his friend and well wishers. What do you think he takes you

to the court on the first place? And, they also may not

necessarily be so stupid to consider lawyers and "those

who encourage them" as their well wishers. What I mean,

we still seam to be failing to face the realities of this

world. Everybody seem to be in his illusion about something,

just that we always think "they are in illusion". Who's in

illusion? Awaking can be a painful process (I got some

glimpse of realization on this, if anybody cares to believe).
