I am not a "NATOist", but to blame NATO for Kosovo Albanians'

exodus is out of order. It is going for the clear ethnic cleansing

case, something that has been in practice in ex-YU for all these

years. Serbs (or to say more precisely - the regime of S. Milosevic)

is using the NATO attack as a cover up for something that they

were planing from long time ago. Putting aside all the media

war propaganda from both sides, let's at lest use a bit of our

common sense and reasoning. You will easily find out that *ONLY*

Kosovo Albanians (hundreds of thousands) are flying from the

country, and with literarly hardly *anything* of their possetion in

their hands. The Serbian civilians, on the other hand, not only

that are staying in the country, but are gartering on the bridges,

fabrics, and other strategic places that are obvious direct targets

of the NATO. Then they perform big concerts and festivals in the

midst of Belgrade (and other centres), with the parole "Sorry, we

are still singing". But Albanians are not singing, absolutely not.

These are driven out of their villages, that are *NOT* bombed by

NATO, but are set on fire and are burning anyway, and are in

the situation that is not even for animals. Many of these people

are from the counry side. Kosovo is in a big extent a rural aria,

and many of these villages you can hardly find somewhere in woods.

 

 

Then, all around the world, the Serbs are making demonstrations,

"NATO stop bombing!" In the same time all the Kosovo Albanians

are also gathering, but with "NATO, please don't stop!" Now,

for any reasonable person (that may know just absolutely nothing

about the any background of the conflict on Kosovo) this may

be enough to get the point. Just hear those who are abused!

They will tell you, by whom they are abused. Even such heavy propaganda

machine like of the Serbian regime was not able so far to get the

very victims in question (Kosovo Albanians) to tell to the world

the "truth" (sic!) how they are escaping from NATO bombs, not

from Serbian militia and paramilitary formations. The refugies are

there, in Macedonia and Albania, even in Monte-Negro (that is the

federal unit of YU, together with Serbia). But, "amazingly", Serbian

TV propaganda gigant does not pay **any** visit or attention

to them, they don't put them on the national TV to tell the

"truth" how NATO is forcing them out. Think for yourself, why

is it so. I hardly can believe, but it works - instead of

letting Kosovo Albanian people speak for themselves, the Serbian

officials are talking in their name, and some uniformed people in

the world (like you) happen to belive in it!

 

 

Yes, Kosovo Albanians are in panic. But not from the NATO. Don't

be so painfully naive. The monstrous brutality of Milosevic's regime

has no limits. I can tell you from the first hand, being myself from

that ex "Yuland", closely monitoring all what was happening in last

years. First Slovenia slipped from his hans, smuthly. Then Croatia

(with its beautiful Adriatic cost) flew (painfully) out the cage.

Then Bosnia survived to be devoured. And Kosovo is seeking the

independence, Monte Negro (with the remaining bit of the Adriatic

cost) is about to split away...

In the spring '81, I was dispatched from Nis (Serbia), with my military

unit, to Kosovo (Poduyevo, Pristina, Kosovska Mitrovica, Djakovica). That

was when the major conflicts already started openly. In that time already

the "pro-republic" Kosovo Albanians were brutally dealt with (I am

that what you can call the "eye witness"), and from that time already the

banishment (or so-called "quite ethnic cleansing") of Albanians from

Kosovo, have started. And it outbursted massively *exactly* on the very

day of the first NATO bomb dropping on Serbia!! What a monstrous, demoniac

plans are behind, you seem not to have any glimpse in it, but are

simply reflecting that propaganda from the very abusing regime, the

propaganda that is following as the cover-up of the exodus of the entire

ethnic group. Don't worry, these are not going to come back to their

destroyed homes anymore so soon, regardless of NATO's eventual cease of

bombing. It is going for the "final" summing between Serb regime and

Kosovo Albanians (and certainly, between some other forces, over the

"final" controling the Balkan peninsula, but that's another issue).

 

 

 

Anyway, the point in this particular instance is, if you are not

familiar with the issue, then *Just hear the abused who is his

abuser*. Simple. Listen to the people, who is the one banishing them.
