"VAD" (Varnasrama development) is an open public forum that anybody may join any time, and leave any time. But to be "VAD member" seams to be a grave disqualification. It's crazy, but that's how the elitistic minds function. They create some elusive and "mission oriented" groups, and they also "create" some other, "untouchable" groups, thus nourishing themselves with their "right" food -- self- estimation and self-rightiousness.
