Prabhuji, once I did a little research on what Srila Prabhupada said how

harinama (nagar kirtan) should be organized. I found that Srila Prabhupada's

instructions would sometimes be very contradictory to one another. It seemed

like it depended on to whom Srila Prabhupada was giving the instruction to.

Sometimes he would say "no harmonium" whereas at other times he would say

that harmonium is OK.

So if you have researched this topic it would be nice if you could provide

some more quotes.
